Welcome to residency, and welcome to British Columbia!
The New Members Orientation is intended to welcome our new residents to residency in BC, and introduce you to your Collective Agreement, rights, and benefits, as well as our stakeholders. Please note that this is a mandatory event. We will be providing breakfast and lunch during the event, and a cocktail reception hosted by Doctors of BC will be taking place immediately after.
A special room rate has been set up at The Inn of the Quay for residents traveling from out of town. Please contact RDBC for information regarding reimbursement of your travel expenses, as well as the special booking rate. Please note that if booking through RDBC, accomodations must be booked by May 26.

How To Register
All incoming residents have accounts created on the RDBC website. To finalize your registration to the website, and to RSVP for the Orientation, please click here to register and choose Recover Account using the email address you provided UBC. You will receive a password link to your email that is active for 24 hours that will allow you to finish registering with RDBC, and allow you to RSVP for the Orientation.
